This swim center is pretty great, it is fairly clean but when my son and I went into the family bathroom there was urine all over the toilet and no paper towels in sight to clean up with so I had to wait on using the bathroom. We did have room to change though and there was a shower in there with a bench as well. There is plenty of space for various activities, one section for waterslides which are monitored by staff both at top and bottom, one pool with a few diving boards and rock climbing walls, and there is also a lap pool although that was closed when I was there. There are tables that you can rent or quite a few lawn chairs available for use. Seating areas are covered. Staff was very friendly and playful with the kids but also serious enough to remind them of safety rules. The reason I took away one star is because the price is the same wether you go for the whole day or for a short time and we were unable to buy tickets online the day of, we had to go there and take a chance we may be turned away if they were full. We did call ahead to see if they had room at that time but they can't guarantee spots until you get there.

Fun place to go and cool off, but they need to do better about organizing the lines outside. I had a reservation. I was third in line, but when the doors open, everybody rushed in even the walk-ins, we didnβt pay in advance, leaving all the chairs taken if I was started in line I shouldβve been able to get a chair. Also the all OnLine system to Pay needs to be changed. Itβs very confusing not too many people planned a day ahead to go to Do it same day. There was multiple people in line confused and theyβre an hour early and everybody rushed in. Also, there should be better shading on the side where you stand in line on the side of the building, all the money they put into this place you think there would be awnings over there. Besides the line in the check-in, the place is fun to go to relax lots of lifeguards .

It can get pretty crowded, but Iβm just glad itβs a pool where we can go without a huge drive. Nice facilities, the slides are great.

Overall this is a great way to cool down during summer. We came in a Tuesday 30 min after opening and we were able to get a table. It could benefit with more shade for the lifeguards and the guests. Concessions are affordable but would recommend to bring your own food and drinks since it is allowed.

We really liked and enjoyed this place. Love that they have shaded tables and chairs. The area in the center has fans. I love that you can bring your own food and drinks. We are non-residents for the city of Surprise, so we had to pay $8 per person, which is a decent price, in my opinion. Restroom are spacious. They have life jackets for the kiddos and have this chair that can go in the water for handicap people. Can get very crowded, but we still had fun. There is a rock climbing wall, diving boards, swim lap area, slides, and a deep end pool. I definitely recommend this place. Then, on the outside, there is the splash pad/slide and playground.
